Produced by prolific Sydney program providers Barnard's Star Productions, the award-winning short-film show Anthology of Interest seeks to promote the work of new and undiscovered filmmakers, actors and producers from around Australia and the world. Anthology of Interest attempts to find the best of undiscovered short films, music clips and festival rejects, all genres and topics, the more the merrier.
Barnard's Star Productions actively seek to promote independent filmmakers and innovative local programming, and understand that Australian producers are fighting hard to become recognised by commercial networks. There are so many young people eager to get industry knowledge and experience in a very competitive environment. We see Anthology of Interest as an incubator for new talent where producers can experiment with fresh concepts and get their work out to the viewing public.
