C31 celebrates Yooralla's 100th birthday

Community Builder, the social enterprise production arm of C31 is producing a series of content to help disability service provider Yooralla celebrate its 100 year history, and sharing informational videos with customers and carers who are starting to navigate the NDIS.

Chris and Yooralla's story

After a choking incident led to an acquired brain injury, Yooralla customer Chris found himself without any other option than to move into a nursing home. Chris remained at the nursing home until the construction of six purpose built units in Frankston, designed for people with disability. After moving in to Yooralla’s innovative housing, he has been able to regain his independence, moving freely around his house, working in his veggie garden and making his own bread.Read more: http://ow.ly/hQQr30jbWkW
